July 2026 Thank you letter

Dear Faithful Donors,

Last month my letter talked about how the years of my life and ministry have flown by. This month I felt it would be appropriate to thank you for making the 48 ministry years possible. Some of you were even helping before Campus Life and Team 5:18 were even established. 

The ministry has been through a lot in that time. It was over a decade before Vickie and I even got paid regularly. It was necessary for us to work part-time jobs just to get by. Since then, we have endured through damage caused by Katrina, Ida and several lesser storms. Team 5:18 has been through covid, and a several period s of inflation. We have had some difficult times, but through it all God has been faithful in providing for the work through your faithful partnership in the ministry and Vickie and I want you to know how humbled and grateful we are.

This is not my ministry it is God’s, and the fields He has assigned us and the sheep He has given us to shepherd have not been my work alone, it’s been our work. Your prayers, volunteer hours, donations and friendship have truly made Team 5:18 a labor of love through the body of Christ.

Through the years there were literally thousands of kids ministered to through Campus Life, and now there have been thousands of men ministered to through Team 5:18 along with hundreds of institutionalized children mentored through the Life Coaches program. The ministry is currently bigger and more fruitful then ever and it’s been your faithfulness that has, and still is making it possible.

THANK YOU!! God willing there will be many more wonderful years of fruit born for the GLORY OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
